Firefighters at Weymouth Fire Station are celebrating a series of professional milestones achieved by members of the on-call crew. Crew Manager Adrian Miller has successfully passed his Incident Command Revalidation, confirming his continued ability to lead crews safely and effectively at operational incidents.
Meanwhile, Crew Manager Chris Newman has passed his Watch Manager Technical Assessment, marking an important step in his progression within the service.
Further successes came from two firefighters on the station’s on-call team. Firefighter Mikey Sayles successfully completed his Incident Command Acquisition, while Firefighter Stefan Gilford passed both his Emergency Driving qualification and Incident Command Acquisition.
The achievements highlight the dedication and professionalism of the on-call firefighters who respond to emergencies across the local area while balancing their roles with work and family commitments.
