Eric Tavernier and his wife Joanna, who run the award-winning Les Enfants Terribles, have revealed they intend to step away and put the restaurant up for sale after a decade in charge. The restaurant will not close immediately and is expected to remain open for the time being.   • Tractors Tour West Dorset to Support Mental Health Fundraiser

    Dozens of tractors rolled through west Dorset as part of a fundraising convoy supporting mental health. Students from the Coastal College Kingston Maurward campus set off from the college near Dorchester, travelling through Broadmayne, Portesham and Martinstown along the route. A total of 68 tractors took part in the run, raising money for the Farm Safety Foundation, a charity that supports mental health within the agricultural community.

    Two military veterans have passed the halfway point of an extraordinary Atlantic rowing challenge – while also raising more than £10,000 for charity. Sean Phelps, from Portland, and his friend Jonny Towers, from Lancashire, are currently taking part in the 3,200-mile Atlantic Dash, rowing from Lanzarote to Antigua. Adding a unique twist to their challenge, the pair are completing parts of the journey in drag.
