Emergency Services Respond to Welfare Concern at Preston Beach

Emergency services descended on Preston Beach yesterday evening amid concern for the welfare of an individual. Coastguard, police and ambulance units were alerted around 6pm. A spokesperson for the Coastguard service confirmed they were in attendance to assist with a ‘concern for welfare incident’.

 

No further details were given although we understand everything was brought to a safe conclusion.
