Implementation

All directors, staff and volunteers share responsibility for upholding this policy. Any behaviour that breaches this policy may result in disciplinary action in line with organisational procedures.

This policy applies to all volunteers, contributors, directors, freelance contractors and anyone representing the organisation.

Monitoring and Review

This policy will be reviewed annually by the Board of Directors to ensure it remains effective, compliant and reflective of best practice.
